DCI headquarters staffs sales and technical teams from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (PST, M-F) to ensure that when our customers need to reach us, someone will be available to assist.
In addition to convenient phone support, DCI offers schools on locating through drill rig manufacturers, field support to all DigiTrak users, and repair facilities at each of its global offices. Loaners are available free of charge, even delivered overnight when DigiTrak locating equipment needs service and getting the job done is critical.
