DCI Headquarters

Kent, Washington, just 13 miles (21 km) south of Seattle, is the location for DCI’s worldwide headquarters. All operations including research and development, engineering, and manufacturing, as well as sales and marketing, are housed in this facility. Additionally, DCI’s headquarters provide:

• Customer service and technical support (phone)
• On and off-site training
• Repairs
• Sales support (product experts)

In addition to the office resources available in Kent, WA, DCI has a network of “Field Service Managers” throughout the US and Canada to further support customer needs. Servicing our international customers, DCI has strategically located International Operation Centers in most regions of the world including Australia, China, Germany, India and Russia.
